This note is a little late in getting to you, but I wanted to drop my appreciation regarding your two young installers and Lead Installer Cody Huffman.  

As I understand it, the two younger installers were subs who installed my cabinets. They did a very nice job & since it was close to lunch when they finished, I treated them each to a sack lunch of a turkey sandwich, chips, homemade cookies & Coca Cola. I have two sons and I know that they are always hungry! I wanted to send a “shout out” to them and to Cody Huffman.

Cody arrived on time to inspect the two doors that had been slightly damaged.  He also drilled the holes for the knobs & drawer pulls & attached them to the cabinets which I really appreciated. I’m very pleased with the cabinets, the installation and the attachment of the hardware. Your company is one that I would highly recommend.

Phone calls and messages were returned promptly. Each time I came by during work hours, any work changes I requested were explained and decisions were made quickly. The crew members were pleasant, friendly and always took the time to answer my questions or tell me how they thought the project was progressing.

I want to thank you and all of the Norwest crew for the exceptional work performed in the recent remodel of our kitchen. From the bidding process through the end, we have been very pleased, and we would not hesitate to recommend Norwest to anyone considering a remodel.

We also truly felt that you were working on our side to resolve any issues that popped up with the designer, suppliers or subcontractors. I think this was particularly important because almost every remodel will have bumps and surprises of some sorts along the way. We felt that you worked hard to resolve any issues to our full satisfaction and were fair in your dealings.

I was continually impressed with your ability to communicate with the various contractors coming and going, encouraging them all to give a little more and to work outside their normal routines – that is to play well with each other as they were many times all here at the same time. And while every project, regardless of size has its challenges, you were always on top of it looking for the best solutions and alternatives.
